Return Policy and process

At Pana Sandals Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our process below:

Faulty shoes:

If the shoes are faulty or sent to you incorrectly, please contact us at sales@panasandals.com.au before returning your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:

If the size is not correct, or you wish to change to a different model, don’t worry! You can exchange it for the right size/model simply do the following:

• Please verify that the shoes are unworn with all labels attached, in the original packaging, including the black bag and plastic cover with the barcode label.
• Tick the exchange box on the slip form which was included in your delivered package (or if you missed the form, write the order number on a paper and explain you would like to exchange).
• Pack the shoes and include the form in the package.
• Send the package to the following address

• Send your return receipt to: Sales@panasandals.com.au to initiate the exchange process.

Returns for Refund:

• If you wish to return an item for a refund, please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
• All return shipping costs for refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

to return for refund simply do the follwoings:
